At Raw Beauty, we aim to make your self-care journey effortless and worry-free. We believe in our revolutionary products, and we've designed our return process to be as efficient as your skincare routine.

3-Day Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also require receipt or proof of purchase.
  • How to Initiate: To start a return, please contact us at wearerawbeauty@gmail.com with your Order Number.
  • Return Authorization: If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at wearerawbeauty@gmail.com. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take steps to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as Final Sale or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that processing times can vary by bank or credit card company.
